Our experienced licensed social workers always put professionalism in all they do as they work with foster children and families. We are proud to provide a client-centered and customer friendly work setting that enhances trust and positive outcomes for children in out of home care. 

 With years of experience, our team regularly creates and offers individualized treatment needs assessments, which focuses on clients and family's strengths. We also identify potential growth areas and ways to develop required age and developmentally appropriate skills. Because of our years of experience in the field, we are proud to accept and work with children classified as "too difficult to work with" due to their extreme behavioral challenges. We operate and maintain open minds when working with troubled children, knowing any child can change for the better under the right circumstances and in the right environment/foster home.  Our foster parents and staff regularly pride themselves in being instruments of placement stability and care continuity. 

Our management and director operate an open-door policy that encourage foster children and their caregivers to stop by anytime to discuss their concerns or anything else. Not only that, but the director also assures that staff and management can be reached by families, our contract partners, and Licensing bodies after work, on weekends, evenings, or odd hours. This agency is highly skilled in crisis prevention. However, when crisis does occur, the agency is known to handle crisis very well.  Finally, we pride ourselves in facilitating reunification of children in care with their biological families, through assuring family contacts and assisting biological families as needed within the limits of the case plan as set forth.
